Your treatment is jointly carried out by your treating gynaecologist and our Fertility Treatment Centre.

  • Assessment with your regular gynaecologist :

Your gynaecologist will carry out most diagnostic exams prior to treatments. Certain exams may take place at the Kirchberg Hospital :

    • Tests in our Spermiology Laboratory, located on the first floor of the Kirchberg Hospital.
    • Hysterography (radiology of the uterus and fallopian tubes) in the Radiology Department at the Kirchberg Hospital.

  • Ovulation monitoring and intra-uterine inseminations (IUI) :

These may be carried out by your gynaecologist or in the Fertility Treatment Centre.
  • Scheduling In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) :

In the event that other treatments are unsuccessful (or sometimes from the beginning), IVF is recommended. As it is a technique requiring more complex treatment, an IVF cycle must be specifically scheduled and organised. At the Clinique Bohler, our Fertility Treatment Centre will take care of this organisation.
  • IVF cycle :

If an IVF cycle is selected, the stimulation cycle and the trigger injection will be performed at the Clinique Bohler. The insemination stage (in vitro fertilisation) will be carried out by an external laboratory specialised in IVF.
